Uncompress the ZIP file.
Upload the latest-canadian-healthcare-jobs folder to the wp-content/plugins/ directory on your web server.
Go to your WordPress site Dashboard, the plugin will now appear in the 'Plugins' page. Click to 'Activate' it.

To use the widget, go to the 'Widgets' page (under 'Appearance') in the WordPress site Dashboard and drag it onto your site's sidebar, as shown below. You can select whether to use the dark or light color scheme.
